I hope all of you are well in good health and high spirit. I'd like to address everyone to advise you that our general membership election meeting was held on November 9th.   This means that changes are being made and we are moving in a new direction within our organization.

It’s time to vote on changes regarding our board members on the executive level as well as the associate level. As part of the Rock Chapel family and the community, each and every one of you has a voice within this organization.

As your former Director of Basketball, I personally feel that in previous years the parents and coaches have felt the lack of opinion and "say so" within our organization. This is where our change will begin.

My motto is “Parent Participation First-Secondly, A Voice to Be Heard”- it's quite that simple!    I was voted in as your next President of RCP.   Each of your voices will be important in order for us to take the "Change" to  Rock Chapel Park instead of waiting for a change to come.

I/we have stood against the walls at our practice facilities and gyms, etc.    I am also guilty of this as well.   Our complaints about situations within our/other organizations have resulted in unfair treatment of our kids, etc. With this said, I figured someone has to make a stand for the "Change" and I'm as guilty as everyone else in business being handled as usual in the past.   Therefore, I am going out on the limb to stand for the change that is needed at this time, and ask each of you for your support and efforts in the cause for your/our future community leaders and our children.
